Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving in 15-25 days
Why don’t you ship to some Asian and remote regions?
Certain agricultural restrictions and unreliable delivery infrastructures in these areas might compromise plant health or violate phytosanitary laws. We prioritize responsible distribution that honors our plants’ integrity.
How are live plants packaged for international shipping?

Returns & Guarantees

What if my order arrives damaged?

My seeds didn’t germinate well. What should I do?

Can I return plants that don’t thrive in my garden?
As living organisms, plants’ success depends on local conditions beyond our control. While we can’t accept returns for plants that simply don’t thrive, we’re always happy to provide cultivation advice tailored to your environment.
